Myrtle's Beach House is the perfect house in the perfect location! There are stunning views of the lake from the large deck and from every floor of the house. Located just a block off the walking trail, you can walk to the beach, or downtown to get a raspberry shake. Walk down the trail to the public beach off the city park, or the beach off the marina. Easy access to Rendezvous Beach and North Beach.
This house is perfectly set up for a large group. There are 7 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms AND a loft room with 8 beds and lots of room to play. Two family rooms and a kitchenette in the basement gives you plenty of room to hang out.
The kitchen table seats 8, plus 4 at the bar. Three picnic tables on the deck seat an additional 24.
The yard is a full 1/2 acre, with tons to do! Play a game of volleyball on the professional net, have a great game of outdoor ping pong, play on the play structure, relax in the hammock charts or make some s'mores around the large gas fire pit (seats 16). This is one of the nicest, largest yards in Garden City - so much outdoor fun!
There are 4 beach cruiser and a tandem bike in the garage which guests are welcome to use. When you're ready to go inside there is a speaker system, just plug in your iPod and enjoy! Free super fast WiFi, Direct TV (with sports package) in both family rooms, the master bedroom and basement bedroom. A tankless hot water heater means you don't have to rush back from the lake to get a hot shower!

Summary: Our family loves to come to the Bear Lake area and enjoys the activities available. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much. It was comfortable, clean, and roomy enough for all of us. The extras, such as the playground swings and slide, the badminton/volleyball net, and the ping pong table, were all enjoyed. We only had one issue with the cabin. None of us could figure out how to get in the front door because the code didn't work or something else was an issue because though we tried many times, we could never open the front door. Fortunately, we were able to enter through the garage door which opened using the code given. Otherwise, we would not have been able to get in the house. It was a great experience overall and we would rent this place again if we come back here.
